He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his children, Donald W. Thompson and Tammy Schmitt; his parents, Donald Thompson and Mary Thompson; and his siblings, Charles Thompson, Ada Morris, Ilene Yakimiz and Elizabeth Thompson.
He is survived by: his son Brian Thompson (Michelle); his brother Thomas Thompson (Patti); and his children-in-law, Maureen Thompson and Mark Schmitt. He is also survived by step-daughters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
