He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Joshua (Allison), Jesse (Leann Tee) and Jay (Trina); his brothers, Aaron, Stan (Barbara), MartinI (Judith) and Dave (Sharon); and his brothers-in-law, Victor (Mary Jane) and Donald (Rosemarie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
