He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Howard McNeil and Marguerite Rose Pawluk; and his sister Trisha McNeil. He is survived by: his siblings, Scott McNeil (Barb), Marlene Capozzi (David) and Betty Kuter (Paul); and his siblings' children, Christopher, Justine Capozzi, Steven, Brigette Kuter, Matthew, Stephanie, Ryan McNeil, Jessica and Jennifer Savage.
