She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Gavens and Santina Gavens; her husband Charles Mullens; her siblings, Gene Gavens and Sandra Maras; her son-in-law David Sidorenko; and her great grandchild Brent Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Mullens (Nancy), Jim Mullens (Kim Mooney), Gary Mullens (Lisa Rocklein), Scott Mullens (Kelly Smith) and Wendy Sidorenko (David); and her grandchildren, Kelly Roberts (Jacob), Marla Allen (BJ), Ryan Mullens (Jessica), Alex Mullens (Sara Glasser), Zachary Sidorenko, Brittany Sidorenko, Liam Mullens, Shawnna, Shawn, TJ Rocklein, Curtis and Tom Mooney. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; many extended family members and beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
