He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen M. Stanek and Genevieve Stanek; and his siblings, Janice Shedd (Tom) and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Stanek; his children, Eric Stanek (Melissa), Sheila Krautwurst (John) and Kimberly Hague (Michael); his grandchildren, Sydney Espada (Marcos), Selena Hernandez (Sean Slattery), Kaitlyn Stanek of Alexander and John "LJ" Krautwurst; and his great grandchildren, Marcos, Mayliz, Mateo, Mya, Logan and Myles. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters in law as well as nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pastors Discretionary Fund at Bethany Presbyterian Church.
