He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Arnold and Marjorie Raths Arnold; his brother Robert E. Arnold; and his former wife Nanci Nichols Arnold (Nancy McKee Arnold). He is survived by: his children, Douglas S. Arnold Jr. (Dawn), Richard D. Arnold (Amy) and Christine M. LeVey (Dean); his grandchildren, Samantha M. Cheek (Jeffrey), Timothy J. Arnold, Melissa B. Regnet (Aaron) and Jordan D. Arnold; and his sister-in-law Lisa A. Arnold. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
