He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Czajka (Halligan); and his parents, Edward R. Czajka and Gertrude Czajka (Olszewski). He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Czajka (Lara Haase) of Penfield, Chris Czajka (Tom Kulesa) of New York City and NJ; his granddaughter Norah; his sister-in-law Bev Halligan of Orchard Park; his brother Bob; and his sister-in-law Kathy Chyka (Linda Bialobok) of West Seneca. He is also survived by his wife's passing; nieces and nephews; his tennis league friends, and many friends and good neighbors.
