He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Barsamian; his parents, James and Florence; and his brothers, Paul, Leland, Gerton and James.

He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Shaw (Ron) and Deborah Pendino (Dominic); his grandchildren, Brandy Rinck (Jack), Victoria Shaw (Robb), Jacob Rinck (Jennifer) and David Shaw (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Alexa Rinck, Jaxon Rinck, Rowan Shaw and Amelie Shaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rohrbach Brewing Company Railroad Street (97 Railroad St, Rochester, NY 14609).
