He was predeceased by: his parents, Lizzie D. Clark and Clevester Sparks; and his grandparents, Dorsey and Adaline Clark. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Sparks; his siblings, Ella Mae Harris of Miami, FL and Kenneth Reagan of Miami, FL; his siblings-in-law, Jesse Scott (Angie) of Little Rock, Angelo White (Theresa) of Mt. Dora, FL and Forrestine Green (Lee) of Rochester, NY; his children, Eddie Sparks Jr. of Sacramento, CA, Patricia Sparks of Sacramento, CA and Carla Moore (Joey) of Fredericksburg, VA; his stepdaughters, Dana Johnson of Rochester, NY and Valetta Wilson of Mount Dora, FL.; his cousin Daisy M. Mckham of Deland, FL; and his close friends, John Henry Wilson, Alex King Sr. and Willie Henry of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by 12 grandsons, 6 granddaughters.
