He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Turner and Lula Payne Turner; his wife Phyllis Schaefer Turner; and his children, Bradley Turner and Darlene Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Turner (Lisa) of Hilton and Wendy Linville (Larry) of Spencerport; and his grandchildren, Heather, Lyndsay Turner, Bradley and Matthew Englert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
