He is survived by: his siblings, Jon Hollembaek, Richard Hollembaek (Linda) and Lisa Rich (Hollembaek); and his nieces and nephews, Jason Rich (Stacey Taylor), Rachel Cassidy (Dillon), Megan Hollembaek, Grace, Shane, Braden Cassidy and James Hollis.
