She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Thornton; her parents, George Hess and Florence Connolly; her siblings, Larry Mayer, Frederick Hess and Rosemary Cooper; and her son-in-law Joseph Deluzio.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Thornton (Jennifer), Patricia DeLuzio, Darlien Parker (Jeffrey) and Michael Thornton (Amy); her grandchildren, Lara Lusk (Roger), Yvonne Parker, Aerin Kemmerer (Grant), John DeLuzio, Shana Rolle (Karlton), Katrina Thornton (Steven Hill), Richard Thornton and Troy Thornton (Goeun); her great grandchildren, Bailey Lusk, Ellanor Lusk, Mason Reese, Declan Reese, Kiana Rolle and Talia Rolle; and her siblings, John Connolly (Barbara) and Kathleen Mitchell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
