She was predeceased by: her parents, Carolyn Rudman Crumrine and David S. Crumrine; and her sister Cynthia "Cindy" Crumrine. She is survived by: her husband Larry Polizzi; her brother Daniel Crumrine (Carol); her children, Mary C. Ingham, Kelley Ingham, Julie Swan and Michael Polizzi Brianna Bale; and her grandchildren, Elijah, Savannah, Alyssa, Emmanuel and Issac.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vay-Schleich and Meeson (1075 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14626). A prayer was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
