She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie and JimmieRuth; her siblings, Peter J. T. Simmons, Jessie James Gilmore and Jimmie Lee Simmons; and her son Leroy Evans.
She is survived by: her husband Isaac Kendrick; her children, Patricia Ann Evans (Rodney Taggert), Jermaine Rogers, Akeem Allen and Jarred Lowell; her sister Viola Pugh; and her extended family Kenny Scott. She is also survived by her grand babies, nieces and nephews.
