She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Carlsen (Scott) and Jenna Keeton (Forrest); her siblings, Lynne Woodworth, Judy Holton (Richard) and Kenny Bianchi (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Miles, Wyatt and Millie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
