He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Wagner and Margaret Deitz Wagner; his spouse Shirley Cook; and his siblings, Anna Louise Lee, Alton Wagner, Clyde Wagner, George Wagner, Leroy Wagner and Kenneth Wagner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond C. Wagner (Audrey) of Rochester, Donna M. Ward of Waynesboro, VA and Edna J. Gibson of Waynesboro, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
