With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francesco Arena (Rochester, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Concetta. He is survived by: his children, Rosario Arena (Korynn Ferreri), Giuseppa Deroo (Bill) and John Arena (Catherine); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Marisa Arena, Abigail, Isabella Ferreri, Joseph Arena (Addison), Nicholas Deroo, Amelia and Isabella Arena; his great grandchildren, Sloane and Vincenzo; and his sister-in-law Rosa Arena.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (570 Kings Hwy S, Rochester, NY 14617). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (445 Kings Hwy S, Rochester, NY 14617). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (2461 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612).
