He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Antinetto and Sarah Antinetto; and his siblings, John Antinetto, Elizabeth Anzalone, Rose, Mary Antinetto and Theresa Wolk.

He is survived by: his wife Rita Antinetto; his children, Jeff Frye, Anthony Antinetto (Rachel), Francis Antinetto Jr. (Mykel) and Megara Antinetto; his grandchildren, Zack, Maddy, Nick, Nate, Noah, Devon, Frankie, Jazzy and Liam; his sister Jackie Toscano; and his siblings-in-law, Leona Toscano, Stu Wolk and Lloyd Ward. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Contributions may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
