He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sons, Frankie (Erica) and Michael (Tielyer); his father Anthony; his sister Debbie Lanctot (Jerry); his nephew Jared; his niece Alana; and his stepdaughter Nicolette McKnight. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center.
