He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Macartney (Kelly), Ronald Macartney, Paul Macartney (Shannon), Tammy Macartney (Sue) and David Macartney (Angie); his stepsons, Corey May (Hannah), Jeremiah Macartney (Julie), Jason Macartney (Danielle), Jeffrey Macartney (Justine) and Luis Alvarez; and his grandchildren, Samantha (Richie), Rebecca, Joseph, Jonah, Francesca, Layla, Leonard, Makenzie, Cole, Joshua and Wes. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leo M Bean and Sons Funeral Home (2771 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Union Cemetery.
