He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Messina and Maria Messina; his parents-in-law, Peter and Connie Zarcone; and his brother-in-law Carl Zarcone.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his children, Melissa Hoffnagle (Ryan), Daniel and Kristen Duffy (Ryan); his grandchildren, Gia, Dominic, Georgia, Harrison and Declan; his siblings, Josephine Tantalo (Michael), Toni Caterino (Anthony) and Michael Messina (Sandra); and his sister-in-law Carol Roulty (Ron). He is also survived by aunts, an uncle, several nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
