He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his sons, Jamie (Rachael) and Jeremy Habitzreuther; his stepdaughters, Kim Koenig (Doug), Debra Amidon, Marta Peterson and Rhonda Bateman (Todd); his sisters, Donna Frys, Dottie Austin (Jim) and Reene Russo (Tony); and his in-laws, Leslie Salmon and Ray Zuscar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
