He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hoffman and Evelyn Hoffman; and his brother Stephen J. Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Hoffman; his daughter Melissa Hoffman; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Fahrer (Ginna), Patricia Curry, Betsy Comisar and David Fahrer.
