The passing of Frederick Stanley McLean of Rochester, New York leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 1, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Frederick may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Frederick (Janet), Karen (Steven) and Megan; and his grandchildren, Kathleen, Anthony, Nathan, Tyler and Brooklyn. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, loved in-laws, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (570 Kings Hwy S, Rochester, NY 14617). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org) or to a charity of your choice, in honor of Fred's compassionate spirit and his lifelong desire to help others.
