He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. White and Virginia P. Bubel (White). He is survived by: his siblings, Donald J. White (Donna Goldseth), Ann M. Capitulik (Robert), Laurie A. White and Cherie L. Amico (Stephen); his nieces and nephews, Robert White, Aaron White, Joshua Plumeri, Anthony Amico and Ashley Amico (Salman Naseer); and his friend James Chambers.
Because of his lifelong love for animals, especially cats, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to a cat rescue of your choice in lieu of flowers.
