With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald Rodrigues (Rochester, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gerald may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gerald touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Rodrigues; his brother Paul Rodrigues; his stepmother Dora Rodrigues; and his brother-in-law Peter Sichak. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rodrigues; his children, Karyn Thompson (Thayer) and Andy Rodrigues (Aimee); his grandchildren, Estifanos Thompson and Luella Rodrigues; his mother Adele Rodrigues; his sister Carol Otto (Robert); and his stepsister Gail Klee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
