She was predeceased by: her parents, John Laforce and Matilda Laforce; her brother Gordon LaForce; her grandson Andrew; and her great grandchild Domenic.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas E. Burse; her siblings, Frances Richardson and Edwards LaForce; her children, Laurie Clarkson, Deborah Burse and Thomas Burse; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Anthony, Raina, Michael and Paul; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Juliana and Hayden; and her close friend Beverly Roberts. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews; many friends.
