Gloria Beane Morris Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gloria Beane Morris (Rochester, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Gloria farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gloria is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Beane and Ida Beane (Dorschel). She is survived by: her husband Michael; her daughter Sandy (Derrick Sandford); her grandson Dylan Sandford; her siblings-in-law, Peter and Sally Morris; her nephew Rod (Christine); and her niece Jodi. She is also survived by cousins, and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
