He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Kase and Joann Burse; and his brother Brian Kase. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kase; his daughters, Kristina Kukurudza, Danielle Nyarady (Chris) and Stephanie Kukurudza; his grandchildren, Brett Arcidiacono, Nathan Lacy, Charli Dentico, Eli Kukurudza, Michelle Dentico, Mia Nyarady and Hudson Nyarady; his siblings, Laurie Degraw (Steve), Susan Bernstein, Scott Kase (Linda), Robert Kase and Steven Kase (Mary); his sister-in-law Margaret Barilla (Jerry); his close friends, Pat Marcanio, Bob Marcanio, John Lang and Nick Mazzulo; his pet Max; Sandra Oliver (Tony). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
