Gwendolyn Nelson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gwendolyn Nelson (Rochester, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 20, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gwendolyn Nelson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Randal C. Nelson; her sister Penny Reynolds; and her parents, James Edwin Reynolds and Eunice Kathleen Reynolds. She is survived by: her children, Brendan Nelson, Fiona Nelson and Erik Nelson; her siblings, Tony Reynolds, Becky Perry and Abby Wilcher; and her in-laws, Susan Bernacki, Catherine Nelson, Andrew Nelson and Julie Nelson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Anne Roman Catholic Church (1600 Mt Hope Ave, Rochester, NY 14620).
