He is survived by: his wife Mildred Joann Brown (McGee); his children, Yolanda Brown of Charlotte, NC, Christopher Brown and Joann Simmons of Rochester, NY; his grandchildren, Natashia Morales of Rochester, NY and Mykayla Ceravola of Charlotte, NC; his great grandchild Boasha Bedell-Morales of Rochester, NY; and his sisters, Ida Mae Chandler of Rochester and Virginia Robinson of Wilmington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
