She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Hook; her parents, Raymond De and Stella Van De (Urbanik); and her brother Rene Van De Viere. She is survived by: her children, Christina McWhinney (Patrick) and Kevin Hook (Julie); her grandchildren, David McWhinney (Ileanna), Ryan Hook (Jessica) and Kyle Hook (Shannon); and her sister Lucy Van De Veire. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
