He is survived by: his wife Dorothy McGuckin; his children, Susan Schiffhauer (John), Philip McGuckin and David McGuckin; his granddaughters, Jennifer Peterson (James) and Jane Scarlata (Anthony); and his great grandchildren, Leonardo, Finley, Eleanor and Clara.
Contributions may be made to the Open Door Mission in his memory. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Hugh "Jerry" McGuckin 's name.
