She is survived by: her daughters, Miranda Crawford and Tabitha Grimes; her siblings, Maxine Traylor, Cassie Ponder, Milton Redman, Dexter Grimes and Johnny Atkins Jr.; and her grandson Aaron Grimes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
