He is survived by: his wife Theresa Perez; his daughter Jatiyah Perez; his grandchildren, Jonathan of East Hartford, Connecticut. and Jade Rocha of East Hartford, Connecticut.; his mother Felicita Perez; his sister Mercedes Leslie; his niece Zaniya Clark of Rochester, NY; and his brothers, Tyree DeLeon, Caesar DeLeon of Allentown and Roberto Perez of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
