With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jacqueline A. Barney (Rochester, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, William McGahan and Ruth McGahan; and her brother Jay McGahan. She is survived by: her husband David Barney; her son Jason Betters; her stepdaughters, Sandy DiPasquale and Karen Perkins (Larry); her daughter Rachel Luther (Rick); her grandchildren, Brayden, Alexis, Ethan, Patrick and Alexander; her great grandchild Ava; and her son Tim Betters. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & close friends.
