He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver P. Webb and Alma Webb; and his siblings, Carol Webb, Betty Hampton, Rose Morris and Roger Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbie" Webb; his children, James Webb Jr. (Cynthia) and Sheila Schuffle (Bob); his grandchildren, Zachary Webb (Mar), Joshua Webb (Beka), Allison Beardsley (Kyle) and Jacob Wingate; his siblings, Mary Webb, Bill Webb (Diane), Carl Webb (Donna) and Della Webb; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Seitzinger (Carol), Howard Seitzinger (Dana), Gary Seitzinger (Francis), Patrcia Howell, Judy Sweeney (Richard), Terri Howell (Thomas) and Darlene Brauer (Steven). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
