He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Gropp and Bill Gropp; and his sister Hope Devling. He is survived by: his wife Patty Lou Bailey; and his children, Teresa Potter (Rich), Glenna Chester (John), Deanna Carroll, Terry Hodge (Tammy) and Eric Bailey (Lisa). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
