He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack O'Reilly and Edna O'Reilly; his siblings, John O'Reilly, Kay Stroud and Patty O'Reilly; his godson Anthony Peters; his father-in-law Francis Balik; and his sister-in-law Sue Schell.

He is survived by: his wife Sheryl O'Reilly; his children, Shawn O'Reilly, Bridgett O'Reilly and Eric O'Reilly; his siblings, Barbara Jean Anschutz (Chuck), Terry O'Reilly, Elaine O'Reilly, Karen O'Reilly, Sharon Crane and David O'Reilly; his cousin Robert Pero; his aunt Carol Green; his mother-in-law Sheila Balik; and his brother-in-law Gary Schell. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandson & numerous nieces & nephews.
