He is survived by: his wife Elaine B. Herlan; and his children, David "Kim" Herlan (Pam), Eric Herlan (Jane), Jennifer Wiest (Eric), Julie Alberlan and Rebecca Herlan (Aaron Grilly). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many extended family.
