He is survived by: his wife Linda [Ramsey] Holzwarth; and his nieces and nephews, Susan Troup (Dan), Bob Holzwarth (Jeanne), Paul Holzwarth, Tammy Gillette (Lewis) and Theresa Esposito (Luigi). He is also survived by family members and a community of dear friends.
