James McCafferty Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James McCafferty (Rochester, New York), who passed away on August 19, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh and Jessie; and his siblings, Marie Nesbitt and Hugh McCafferty. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his sons, James (Lauren), David (Susan) and Jeffrey (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Andrew (Lyndee), Amber (Zachary), Madison and Cameron; his siblings, William (Cathie), Jeanette Finnigan (Thomas), Doreen Darroch and Raymond (Ellen); and his siblings-in-law, Bridgette and Robert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
