He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGall and Vivian McGall; and his sister Judith Lillie. He is survived by: his wife Constance McGall; and his siblings, Nancy Merriman and Timothy McGall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 S Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14623). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
