He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mitchell and Beverly Mitchell. He is survived by: his son Joshua (Marissa); and his siblings, Liz Provenza (Joe), Henry Mitchell (June), Clarence "Mitch" Mitchell (Teri), Jean Louk (Donald) and Tammy Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
