He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Stephen, Marion Carlucci, Herman and Grace Koch. He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his brother David; his nephew Jeffrey Carlucci (Kelly); his great-niece Lydia; his sister-in-law Annette Barlow; and his nephews, David and Jason Bovenzi. He is also survived by cousins, friends and brothers.
