He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Temple and Thelma Swearingen Temple; and his sisters, Betty Kendrick and Barb Wienke. He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Cabalek Temple; his children, Christopher Alan (Sandra), Matthew Anthony (Takako), Johanna Maria (Steven) and Benjamin Duane (Alicia); his grandchildren, Damian, Avery, Danielle, Kimika, Mikayla, Gabrielle (Jake), Cameron and Alejandro; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Sydney, Rhett, Luka and Reid; and his siblings, Bill and Deanna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
