He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Hetzke (Wilmer) and William Rayburn. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Jennifer Berna (Todd), Veronica McAuliffe (Shane) and Dennis Rayburn (Jeanna); his grandchildren, Zachary, Patrick, Jillian, Andrew, Kate, Brody and Dylan; and his siblings, Robert Hetzke (Dawn) and Mary Ann Knapp (Norm). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and three step-grandchildren.
