She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Nelson and Dorothy Nelson; her sister Jeri Robinson; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Nelson and Harley Robinson; and her nephews, Michael Nelson and Rick Nelson.
She is survived by: her sons, Greg Gerken (Elaine), Gary Gerken (Marie), Chris Gerken (Joy) and Jeff Gerken (Amy); her brother Tom Nelson; and her friend Sharon Pyfrom. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
