McGuire Jr.; her sons, Coty Kimmel (Athena), Brandon McGuire (Shelby) and John J. McGuire III; her father Mike Farnsworth; her stepmother Dawn Farnsworth; her siblings, Kendra Farnsworth, Arianna Farnsworth, Jeramy Farnsworth and Bill Farnsworth; and her stepdaughters, Chelsea Carter (George) and Cassandra McGuire. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
