She was predeceased by: her parents, James David and Creola Griffin. She is survived by: her children, Yolanda Jones (Pernell Sr.) and Walter McCray; her grandchildren, Te'Awnna and Bishop; her great grandchildren, Aria, Avery and Orane Jr.; and her siblings, Mary, Donna and Jimmy Keith (Pat). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Aenon Missionary Baptist Church (175 Genesee St, Rochester, NY 14611). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
